Adam N. Borai is the Founder and Managing Partner of A.B. Legal, where he provides strategic legal counsel to businesses, nonprofits, creatives, and organizations navigating commercial, intellectual property, and governance matters. His practice is focused on delivering practical, solutions-oriented advice that aligns legal strategy with broader business and mission-driven objectives.

Adam is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and brings experience across corporate, nonprofit, sports, and entertainment matters. Throughout his career, he has advised startups and nonprofit organizationson entity formation, corporate structuring, governance, and contractual risk, helping organizations build strong legal foundations at critical stages of growth.

Prior to founding A.B. Legal, Adam gained experience working with and alongside prominent organizations including the Super Bowl Host Committee, Rosenhaus Sports Representation, and Inter Miami CF, where he was exposed to high-stakes negotiations, brand protection, and the intersection of business, media, and professional sports. He has worked on deals involving athletes and entertainers across the United States and internationally.

Adam’s background includes work at boutique law firms as well as in-house legal roles, where he has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial and technology-focused agreements and advised on intellectual property and contractual risk. This combination of firm-side and in-house experience informs his approach as outside counsel—grounded in efficiency, clarity, and real-world business priorities.

As an Egyptian American, Adam brings a global and multicultural perspective to his practice. He maintains a strong commitment to community development, nonprofit engagement, and advocacy work, and is focused on using his legal background to support initiatives that promote economic opportunity, responsible growth, and long-term impact.
